To keep with local building traditions, we are now able to offer stone built villas in selected areas. Using traditional methods by local stonemasons and locally quarried white stone, both internal and external walls are built in this fashion offering great character yet still maintaining all modern building regulations and luxuries.
Souda Bay is the main area of focus for the stone built villas. Located 10 minutes from the local beaches, Souda Bay View is a green sloping hillside with a rugged mountainous landscape as its backdrop and the blue Mediterranean to its front.
